Role Overview
We are seeking a Strategy & Management Consultant to join a global consulting team. In this role, you will work on high-impact projects, helping clients solve strategic and operational challenges while collaborating with senior stakeholders and leading portions of project work.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic recommendations
• Lead specific workstreams and guide junior analysts when needed
• Collaborate across projects including:

• Organizational transformation
• Private equity due diligence
• Strategic planning & execution
• Market research & assessments
  • Engage with clients to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Develop presentations and reports with clear, data-driven insights
  • Ensure high-quality and timely project execution
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and knowledge development

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, startups, financial services, non-profits, or similar
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced degree (MBA, MPA, PhD, or similar) is a plus
• Experience in client-facing roles
• Exposure to strategy, research, or transaction-related projects

Compensation
• $2,500 – $3,500 USD per month
