Description
Human Touch Home Health is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home health services in Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, Pulaski, and surrounding New River Valley communities.
We are actively seeking a strong PT/PTA pair who work well together and are committed to delivering exceptional one-on-one care in the home setting. If you already have a Physical Therapist you collaborate with, we encourage you to apply together.

What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Document patient progress and report changes in condition
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
- Manage your own schedule and service area

Requirements
- Active Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Home health experience preferred
