This is an opportunity for a Field In-Home Sales Representative (Outside Sales) Repipe Specialists is seeking highly motivated, high producing, in-home sales representatives to meet face-to-face with our customers in their homes and help solve immediate and future plumbing issues.

This is not your typical sales job! You are your own boss, you control your own earnings, we find the leads, you close them. Your performance is rewarded - better performance yields higher income for your business.

Pre-qualified leads within a 1-hour radius of your home. These customers are in Colorado Springs area. Customers have called Repipe Specialists and asked for an in-home estimate. We offer many leads per week and a robust marketing budget constantly generating more leads and customers. Plus, the business you generate (self-generated leads) pays even more!

• The role is a 100% commission opportunity. Direct Sellers on average earn $125k - $250k +
• No earnings cap – You are limited only by how much you are willing to work!

• Track record of high close ratio of in-home sales
• Consistently top sales representative looking to earn more
• Knows sales step process
• 1st call closer
• Great attitude
• reliable transportation and ability to drive locally
• A valid driver license

• Available evenings & weekends
• 1099 Commission only

Requirements

 Qualifications for Outside Sales Representative

• Proven in-home sales representative experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and rapport
• Persuasive negotiation skills
• Great interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficient in technology and software
• Availability to travel locally – frequent travel
• Must be able to stand and walk for long hours at a time
