Has at least 2 years of electrical experience (residential, light commercial, or mixed background)

Responsibilities
-
Solve customer electrical issues—from simple installations to complex troubleshooting
-
Install and service:
-
Light fixtures, fans, switches, receptacles, GFCIs
-
Panels, grounding, generators, and more
-
-
Perform complex troubleshooting and quality control testing
-
Educate customers on repair vs. replacement options
-
Price projects and document work using ServiceTitan on iPad
-
Identify materials and quantities needed for jobs
-
Maintain a safe work environment and leave homes safer than you found them
-
Keep company vehicle clean and well maintained
Skills & Requirements
-
2+ years of hands-on electrical experience
-
Comfortable working with customers and explaining solutions clearly
-
Strong iPad / technology skills (ServiceTitan experience a plus—we’ll train the right person)
-
Physically able to work in attics, crawlspaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
-
Must own hand and power tools
-
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
-
Able to pass background check, drug test, and MVR
-
High school diploma or GED
