Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative position at Folium Medical Device is critical to maintaining our dedication to serving customers with excellence. As the first contact point, we trust you to represent our brand by providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints, and nurturing customer loyalty. This position is ideally suited for individuals who possess superior communication skills, work ethic, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers through various channels such as phone, email, social media and live chat Respond in a timely and accurate manner to incoming customer inquiries Provide product and service information to customers and assist them in making purchase decisions Maintain a deep understanding of Folium's range of medical devices and their functionality Support the processing of orders, forms, applications and requests Resolve customers' complaints by determining the problem areas; proposing solutions; escalating unsolved problems to the relevant department.
