Description
Working closely with Account Channel, Sales, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Finance, and Operations, the Channel Portfolio Marketing Manager serves as the strategic leader for promotional planning and category growth. This role identifies growth opportunities, develops promotional frameworks, evaluates investment effectiveness, and drives continuous optimization of promotional programs to maximize return on investment and business impact.
Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop and execute IC promotional strategies and annual promotional calendars that drive revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and market share growth.
· Lead the planning, prioritization, and optimization of promotional investments across products, categories, customers, and channel partners.
· Design and implement promotional frameworks, pricing strategies, demand generation programs, bundles, incentives, and customer-facing offers that support business objectives.
· Partner with Channel Account, Sales, Product Marketing, and Finance to develop promotional business cases, investment recommendations, and annual growth plans.
· Analyze promotional performance, customer behavior, sales trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and improve investment effectiveness.
· Establish KPIs, measurement methodologies, and reporting processes to evaluate promotional ROI and overall business impact.
· Monitor market conditions, pricing movements, competitive promotions, and channel dynamics to proactively recommend strategic actions.
· Lead cross-functional execution of promotional campaigns, launches, seasonal initiatives, and demand generation programs.
· Influence go-to-market strategies by providing insights and recommendations based on promotional performance, customer needs, and market trends.
· Manage promotional budgets, investments, and co-marketing funds to maximize business results while maintaining financial discipline.
· Present promotional strategies, performance updates, investment recommendations, and business insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
· Drive continuous improvement through testing, learning, analytics, and innovation in promotional planning, execution, and measurement.
Minimum Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
· 6-10 years of experience in channel marketing, promotional strategy, sales, category management, revenue management, or business development.
· Demonstrated experience developing and executing promotional strategies that drive growth, customer engagement, and profitability.
· Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience evaluating promotional ROI, margin performance, and investment effectiveness.
· Strong understanding of trade marketing, pricing strategy, demand generation, revenue management, and channel economics.
· Experience managing promotional budgets, trade funds, programs, rebates, incentives, and pricing-related initiatives.
· Proven ability to translate business insights and sales data into actionable promotional recommendations.
· Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities in English (C1-C2).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, business intelligence platforms, data analytics tools, and AI-enabled business technologies.
· Ability to travel as required by the business (Visa required).

· Experience leveraging data analytics, customer insights, and experimentation methodologies to optimize promotional effectiveness.
