Description
• Sales & Business Development
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives for the product portfolio.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to maximize sales opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NeuroSpine, Plastic and Reconstruction, ENT, Dental, Procurement departments, Operating Room nurses and key decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, quotations, and activities with society/ hospital.
- Support tender projects and capital equipment sales processes.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Clinical Application & Product Support
- Deliver product demonstrations and hands-on clinical application support during the sales process.
- Conduct product installation and onboarding training for customers.
- Provide ongoing clinical education and workflow optimization to maximize product utilization.
- Support customers with application-related troubleshooting in collaboration with the Service team.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate market insights to Product Management and Marketing.
- Ensure customers achieve a positive user experience and successful clinical adoption.
• Marketing & Education Support
- Support workshops, product launches, seminars, congresses, and customer events.
- Assist in developing local reference sites and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships.
- Collaborate with Marketing on promotional activities and educational programs.
- Represent ZEISS at exhibitions and scientific meetings.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Service Engineers to ensure successful installation, demonstration and customer support.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Sales Operation and Logistics.
- Ensure compliance with ZEISS quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Provide regular business updates and sales reports to management.
Education
- Bachelor's or above degree in Biomedical Engineering, Optometry, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
Experience
- 2–5 years of sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or capital equipment.
- Experience in NeuroSpine, Plastic and Reconstruction, ENT or Dental is preferred.
- Clinical application or product training experience is an advantage.
- Experience selling to hospitals and healthcare professionals is highly desirable.

- Quick learner for new technologies, oversea training may required
- Strong capital development capability is preferred
- Over 5 years work experience in a sales environment preferred
