Job Description
1. Lead the Industrial Engineering Team (Department):
- Responsible for the overall work results and performance of the team, ensuring the achievement of annual plans and key operational objectives.
- Manage junior supervisors or professionals, including performance evaluations and career development.
2. Production Process Optimization:
- Analyze production processes, propose improvement suggestions, and enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Use industrial engineering tools (such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) to optimize processes.
3. Resource and Operations Management:
- Assess and resolve resource and daily operational issues to ensure smooth production.
- Develop and implement resource allocation plans to maximize resource utilization efficiency.
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other departments to resolve production-related issues.
- Participate in new product introduction to ensure production feasibility and efficiency.
5. Team Guidance and Training:
- Provide professional advice and guidance to enhance the technical capabilities of the team.
- Organize and implement relevant training to improve the overall quality of the team.
6. Innovation and Improvement:
- Lead the team in proposing innovative ideas and driving improvements in production technology and processes.
