What this opportunity involves:

 

JLL is seeking an experienced Property Services Supervisor to join our high-performing team within a large-scale development in the heart of Sydney's CBD.

Reporting to the Property Services Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating day-to-day operational functions, maintaining superior service delivery, and managing service partners and contractors across this premium asset.

 

 

An overview of the role:  

·       Coordinate operational functions to ensure seamless building performance and tenant satisfaction

·       Manage the PRISM online PPM and work order system, including all reactive maintenance, work order generation, progress tracking, and closure

·       Oversee compliance and certification across all essential services, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and the timely preparation of Annual Fire Safety Statements

·       Manage key service contracts including Cleaning Integrated Services, waste and recycling services, and Emergency Warden contracts

·       Conduct daily property inspections and action outcomes through the PRISM system

·       Support budget preparation and monthly reporting, providing insights on maintenance trends, issues, and opportunities

·       Ensure WHS compliance, actively participating in OPS AIDE audits and site-specific risk assessments

 

 

Sound like you?  This is what we’re looking for: 

·       Trade Certificate or relevant tertiary qualifications

·       Proven experience in operational/facilities management of commercial high-rise properties

·       Strong service partner and contractor management skills

·       Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines

·       Excellent customer service ethic with the ability to manage tenant expectations

·       Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

·       Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels

·       Experience with PRISM or similar CAFM systems

·       Knowledge of NABERS Energy and Water rating programs

·       Understanding of sustainability and waste management benchmarking
