This position reports to:
Operations Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.
The work model for the role is: Onsite
This role is contributing to the Automation business in Egypt.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Customer satisfaction and service execution, planning and executing service work as per customer orders and expectations, while delivering superior customer experience and maintaining retention.
- Technical problem solving, performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and troubleshooting equipment failures both remotely and on-site, making recommendations to prevent future issues.
- Preparing and resource management, leading electrical engineers and preparing material lists, ensuring all necessary materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
- Documentation and continuous improvement, preparing customer reports and project documentation, identifying improvement needs in working processes, and taking actions to develop new business service opportunities.

Qualifications for the role
- You are immersed in and developing relevant tools and methodologies in the Process Industries market.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge about automation technologies to streamline processes.
- Understood & performed all testing, commissioning with 5 – 8 years of experience.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience of General drive experience ACS800, ACS880 DC
- You are at ease communicating in Arabic and English
