About the Company
Blue Mountain Plumbing, Heating & Cooling has been serving the Shenandoah Valley for nearly 30 years as part of the JPB Home Services family. We operate under a simple, non-negotiable guiding principle: employees come first. We firmly believe that when our tradespeople are supported, respected, and set up for success, our homeowners, vendors, and business naturally thrive.
Led by President and CEO Sean - a visionary tradesman licensed in HVAC and electrical who deeply values the plumbing trade - Blue Mountain offers a culture where executive doors are always open. Sean doesn't insulate himself behind a desk; he sits with the team, conducts regular one-to-ones, shakes hands in the hallway, and focuses on helping every technician achieve their personal and career goals. We combine the tight-knit feel and supportive culture of a local shop with the long-term stability, guaranteed hours, and premium benefits of a premier regional home services company.
