Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Front Desk Credentialing in Franklin Park, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will be the welcoming, professional presence for tenants, visitors, and vendors. You will manage access, monitor activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Monitor access control systems, cameras, alarms, and/or communication equipment; report irregularities and follow established escalation procedures.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including coordinating emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed daily activity logs and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and onsite property management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
