Position: People & Workplace Internship
Department: HR / Facilities
Work Location: Bussigny, Switzerland, 5 days per week on-site – some travel may be required
Work Type: Full Time - Temporary 6 months contract
Ready to jump into a role where no two days are the same?
We're looking for an energetic, organized and hands-on intern to join our HR and Workplace Team.
This is not a "sit behind your desk all day" internship.One day you could be helping organize a major Sales Meeting in London, the next coordinating a charity event, welcoming international visitors, supporting the launch of our new London office, or helping ensure our Swiss headquarters runs smoothly.
You'll gain exposure to HR, workplace operations, events, facilities management and executive support while working in a truly international environment. Most importantly, you'll be part of exciting projects, including the setup and opening of our new London office.
What you will be doing:
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Office Administration & Workplace Experience
- Welcoming visitors and supporting reception activities across our Swiss offices.
- Coordinating incoming mail, deliveries, and day-to-day office requests.
- Helping to ensure our offices remain professional, organised, and welcoming environments.
- Supporting facilities and workplace-related projects across EMEA locations.
- Assisting with office supplier and vendor coordination.
- Supporting office invoice processing and administration through Oracle.
Events & Employee Experience
- Assisting with the planning and execution of Sales Meetings across multiple business units.
- Researching and coordinating event venues, hotels, transportation, and activities.
- Supporting company meetings, leadership visits, and employee events.
- Helping to organise our annual Charity Sale and other employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinating event logistics before, during, and after events.
London Office Launch
- Supporting administrative and operational activities related to the opening of our new London office.
- Assisting with supplier coordination, office setup, and workplace readiness activities.
- Contributing to one of the company's most exciting workplace projects.
HR & Team Support
- Supporting a variety of HR and administrative initiatives across the business.
- Assisting with data entry, coordination activities, and project work.
- Collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, and other teams across Europe.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications required:

You enjoy making things happen, and are practical, proactive, and willing to roll up your sleeves when needed. Whether you're preparing meeting rooms, setting up events, coordinating deliveries, supporting workplace projects, or helping with day-to-day office operations, you're happy to step in wherever support is needed.

What We're Looking For
Required
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in French, both written and spoken
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work on-site at our Bussigny office on a daily basis
- Ability to travel occasionally within Europe, primarily to the UK
Nice to Have
- Previous internship, part-time work, volunteer, or administrative experience
- Interest in HR, events, facilities, hospitality, or office management
- Experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented environment
