The Position:

Supervises the Player’s Club by participating in the day-to-day operations of the department and ensuring that team members are delivering “an unforgettable guest experience”. Responsible for developing the Player’s Club Representatives, maintaining promotional and visual standards, upholding compliance with established policies and procedures and supervising Player’s Club Representatives. 

• Assist the Players Club Manager in developing and implementing initiatives designed to improve team member morale and performance. 
• Resolves guest's concerns, complaints and suggestions or refers them to Players Club Manager in a continuous effort to provide superior guest service. 
• Works closely with the Casino Host team to ensure that high value players are given exceptional service. May act as a Host in the absence of a Casino Host on property.  
• Strengthens others through consistent coaching and feedback while encouraging productivity and enhancing the morale of the team.  
• Participates in promotional parties and events, ensuring that guests are provided a high level of entertainment, fun and a dynamic experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate required. 
• 1-3 years Supervisor or Trainer experience preferred. 
• 1 - 2 years of accredited Guest Service Training or 3 years of experience working in guest service required.    
• Previous experience with supervision of promotional events or guest-focused marketing programs preferred. 
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and guest relation skills. 
• Ability to communicate to a diverse group of people in an effective and efficient manner. 
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities at once in a fast-paced environment. 
• Must be able to obtain a Class III Gaming License.
