Our Opportunity

We have full-time trainee and casual opportunities at our Raymond Terrace centre for Dental Assistants. Whether you're an experienced chairside Dental Assistant or keen to start your career in dental, we'd love to hear from you.

Our modern 3-chair practice delivers general dentistry, and you'll be working as part of a friendly team who love supporting each other and providing exceptional patient care.

• Located in Market Place Raymond Terrace, with everyday amenities at your doorstep and plenty of free parking nearby (4-hour limit)
• Supportive Centre Leader and growing patient base

Full-Time Traineeship

• Earn while you learn with full-time income during your paid 12-month traineeship
• Gain a nationally recognised Certificate III in Dental Assisting, fully funded
• Monday to Friday availability, plus a rotating Saturday - higher weekend rates apply!
• No dental experience necessary, just a genuine interest in healthcare and a friendly attitude
• High chance of ongoing employment after your traineeship
• Above award wages, penalty rates, corporate gym membership perks, 4 weeks annual leave and 2 additional wellbeing days

Casual

• Availability for a minimum of 2 weekdays is essential
• Weekend shifts are required - higher weekend rates apply!
• Chairside Dental Assistant experience is essential, with confidence assisting all-round alongside the dentist
• Above award wages, casual loading and penalty rates

Your Skills and Attributes

Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You'll also bring:

• Dental Assistant experience across chair-side and sterilisation is essential for the casual role
• Traineeship welcomes limited or no dental experience
• Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols
• A caring, team-focused approach to patient care
• Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
