As a Sales Manager NAFTA Composite Materials, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across the North American composites market, supporting customers in the electronics and industrial sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to join Arxada's Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) business, where you will build strategic customer partnerships, identify new market opportunities, and contribute directly to business success. Working closely with colleagues across regions and functions, you will help expand our market presence while delivering innovative solutions that create value for customers and strengthen Arxada's position in the industry. Based on the principles of collaboration, ownership, and customer focus, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact in a growing global business.


Essential Job Functions


  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue and profitability targets across assigned NAFTA territories and key accounts.
  • Develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships within the composites, electronics, and industrial markets.
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for customers, providing solutions that address both immediate and long-term business needs.
  • Identify and execute strategies to increase market penetration and expand Arxada's presence in targeted segments.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and drive opportunities to successful closure.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.


Qualifications & Experience


  • MBA preferred, or MSc combined with strong commercial acumen and relevant industry experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, key account management, distributor management, or related commercial roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted customer relationships and successfully negotiate complex commercial agreements.
  • Strong understanding of industrial value chains and the ability to translate market insights into business growth opportunities.
  • Proven customer-focused mindset with strong analytical, forecasting, and pipeline management capabilities.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across regions, functions, and cultures.
  • Fluent English language skills and willingness to travel within North America.

The expected salary range for this role is 90,000 $- 110,000 $, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.



This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.

Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE), meanwhile, provides materials used to manufacture composites for electronics, aerospace and other markets, as well as vitamins and nutritional ingredients, chemicals and performance intermediates, and raw materials for a wide range of high-performance applications.
