Major Activities
- Design and implement Blue Yonder WMS configurations, MOCA components, SQL queries, and integrations in line with approved solution architecture.
- Partner with business teams and distribution center operations to document requirements, map warehouse processes, and translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Work with the Solution Architect on process design, interface design, data mapping, and technical direction for complex changes.
- Develop technical specifications, solution blueprints, configuration standards, and support documentation.
- Support the full deployment lifecycle, including configuration, testing, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Lead technical defect triage and root-cause analysis. Troubleshoot WMS logs, staged messages, interfaces, configuration, and production failures; serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Perform system health checks and tune configurations, rules, and SQL to improve throughput, reliability, and inventory accuracy.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams on automation workflows, conveyor and sorter integrations, picking systems, and warehouse devices.
- Validate solutions with business users, incorporate feedback, and deliver SOPs, training, and knowledge transfer to operations and support teams.

Minimum Education
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder or JDA WMS configuration, MOCA, SQL, integrations, deployments, and production support.
- Experience delivering at least one full-cycle Blue Yonder or JDA WMS implementation, from requirements and design through go-live and hypercare.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across application configuration, data, interfaces, and warehouse transactions.
- Ability to work directly with both technical teams and distribution center operations and explain technical issues in operational terms.
- Experience creating technical designs, test plans, data mappings, and deployment documentation.
- Experience with Manhattan Transportation Management System (TMS), including WMS–TMS integrations, is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience upgrading Blue Yonder WMS, including impact assessment, regression testing, interface validation, cutover planning, and post-upgrade stabilization.
- Experience building or working with AI agents for WMS use cases, such as exception monitoring, operational insights, or support automation.
- Experience integrating WMS with warehouse automation such as sorter/Pick to Light , or upstream and downstream enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with optimization techniques and practical AI applications that improve warehouse performance
