The Opportunity:

MaineGeneral Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to join our team! They will supervise daily staff activities for assigned areas and/or functions within revenue cycle.

The Work:

• Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels
• Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
• Assesses staff productivity and quality delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols
• Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels and/or KPls. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints

You Have:

• Relevant experience with Revenue Cycle systems, processes and insurance.
• Hands-on experience leading a team preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and support skills
• Strong attention to detail

Compensation Information:

$27.26 - $47.70

The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
