About the Opportunity

Solid Rock Recruiting is partnering with an established commercial specialty subcontractor in the Milwaukee area that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team.

  • Willingness to get into the field and be hands-on when projects require it.
  • Proactive, accountable, and able to operate independently.
  • Commercial painting experience is not required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Company vehicle

What Makes a Great Fit?

The company is looking for someone who takes ownership and knows how to run a profitable subcontracting job.

You don't need to come from commercial painting. The key is understanding how to manage a project, communicate with the right people, stay ahead of issues, support the field team, and make sure the work gets completed successfully and profitably.

The right person will be someone who shows up, takes accountability, solves problems, and doesn't make excuses.

Location

The position is based in the Milwaukee / Southeastern Wisconsin market. Candidates living reasonably close to Milwaukee are preferred due to the field-based nature of the role and the need to regularly interact with active projects.
