Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification in Speech & Drama, Performing Arts, Education, or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience at the middle school level will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Speech & Drama and effective teaching methodologies.
• Ability to plan and conduct engaging and interactive activities and performances.
• Strong communication, classroom management, creative, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop students' confidence, public speaking, expression, and performance skills.
