<strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong>You will be looking after the day shift within a fast moving bakery, assisting with the baking and hand finished decorating of each product, ensuring the highest quality. You will be a passionate baker, who is extremely creative with excellent sensory skills and palette. Ideally you will have trained in a professional capacity as a patisserie chef. Experience within a fast paced high end kitchen environment will be advantageous.
<strong>Personal Profile:</strong> Cake decorating and strong bakery skills, qualification preferred. Computer literate Able to work individually and as a team Good project and time management skills.
