Coverage Area : seeking a home health nurse to visit patients in the Thurston County, WA area.

What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
- Assess patients and monitor changes in condition
- Educate patients and families on their care
- Manage individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
What You’ll Need
- Active RN license
- 1+ year of nursing experience; home health preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation range: $38.90 - $60.54/hr
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
