Sales Intern – WisdmLabs
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Intern who is eager to learn, communicate, and build a career in sales. This is a hands-on, end-to-end sales role where you will be trained on our sales process and gradually take ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to conversion and client relationship management.
What You’ll Do
- Learn and execute the end-to-end sales process under the guidance of the sales team.
- Research and identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels.
- Conduct prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and identify relevant WisdmLabs solutions.
- Schedule and participate in client discussions and product/service presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documentation.
- Maintain and regularly update leads, prospects, and activities in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle and work towards conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of converted leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Track sales activities, targets, and performance and share regular updates with the team.
- Continuously learn about our services, industry, competitors, and evolving sales practices.

Who We’re Looking For
- Students or fresh graduates from BBA, MBA, B.Com, Marketing, Business, or related backgrounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable interacting with new people.
- Willingness to make calls and engage with prospects.
- Strong learning attitude and ability to take ownership.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving targets.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing is an advantage, but prior sales experience is not mandatory.
