Short Description

CCA Supervisor of Operations will serve as a key resource for CCA front-end operations of a 44+ exam room facility with 17+providers. This position must have a good understanding of Administrative Ambulatory and front-desk operations. Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience with a background in building relationships and managing front-desk teams. Working knowledge of regulatory compliances in an ambulatory front-desk setting with a strong understanding of HIPAA and business practices. Must display excellent written, organizational, and verbal communication skills. This individual will have direct responsibility for front-desk operations. Responsible for overseeing all front-end operations and collaborate with leads to ensure goals, demographics, pools and metrics are successfully met. Their duties include hiring employees, training, and providing operational leadership. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant health care and administrative software. Good leadership, motivation, training, and goal-setting skills. Great organization and time management skills with the understanding of health and safety standards in the medical industry. Must have the ability to establish and implement effective workplace procedures and ensure policies are followed.   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Must be detailed oriented and able to perform in a fast environment. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with proficiency in strong computer (EHR) and IT system capabilities i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree Preferred
