CDL-A Local Hazmat Driver – Grand Rapids, MI (Hazmat Required)

Hiring Class A CDL drivers based in Grand Rapids, MI to haul auto parts on a dedicated account. Enjoy home-daily overnight routes, weekly pay, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and new automatic Freightliner daycabs.

Pay Details

• $0.739 CPM
• $25 per stop
• $85,000 average annual pay
• $1,650 average weekly pay
• $5,000 sign-on bonus — first payment after 30 days
• Paid weekly

Job Details

• Dedicated auto parts account
• Dry van trailers
• Mix of multi-stop and shuttle deliveries
• Driver unload at each stop
• Use liftgate and electric pallet jack
• Hazmat endorsement required
• Approximately 45 hours per week

Shift Details

• Home daily
• Overnight schedule
• Start time: 6:00 PM
• 8–12 hour shifts
• 5 days per week with 2 consecutive days off
• Available schedules include Sunday–Thursday, Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, Thursday–Saturday, and split schedules

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Hazmat endorsement required
• Minimum age 22
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for safe operation and required documentation
• Clean driving record
• DOT Medical Card
• No SAP drivers
