Location: Seattle Area, Washington

Base Salary: $280,000–$320,000 Annually
Total Earning Potential: $400,000–$500,000+ Annually
Additional Incentives: $10,000 Strategic Incentive

About the Opportunity
A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in the Seattle, Washington, area is seeking a Full-Time Family Medicine Physician to join its growing outpatient primary care network.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, and cardiovascular disease.

Conduct preventive care visits, annual wellness examinations, and health screenings.

Coordinate patient care with specialists and ancillary healthcare services.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EPIC EMR.

Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives.

Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and multidisciplinary care teams.

Build long-term patient relationships through continuity of care and preventive health management.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $280,000–$320,000 annually.

Production-Based Compensation: Additional earning potential based on productivity.

Strategic Incentive: $10,000.

Total Compensation Potential: $400,000–$500,000+ annually for a busy provider, depending on productivity and applicable incentives.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

Active Washington State medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.

Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and patient-centered care skills.
