Homecare Nurses Needed for Evening or Night Shifts in Towanda, IL
Monday-Friday; 4pm-10pm or 10pm-8am

Responsibilities
- 1 on 1 Patient Care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vitals.
- Provide caregiver relief.
Requirements
- Active IL NURSING LICENSE
- Current CPR Certification
