Our corporate and events business brings wellness experiences to workplaces, conferences, activations, and large-scale events, and the US is a priority growth market for us.
The role
We’re looking for an aggressive, target-driven Account Executive to own outbound sales and drive revenue for our events business in the US. This is a full-cycle, hunter role: you’ll build pipeline from the ground up, run outbound at volume, pitch to decision-makers, and close deals. If you’re energised by cold outreach, negotiation, and the thrill of signing new business, this is for you.
Note : This is a US-facing role, so you’ll be working US business hours to stay close to our clients and market.
What you’ll do
- Own the full sales cycle end to end — prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Run aggressive outbound across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate your own pipeline
- Target and win corporate clients, event organisers, agencies, and workplaces for wellness activations and event bookings
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Build and manage a healthy, forecastable pipeline in the CRM
- Develop deep knowledge of the US events and corporate wellness landscape
- Negotiate pricing and close commercial agreements
- Work closely with operations to ensure booked events are delivered flawlessly, driving repeat business
- Feed market insights back to the team to sharpen our US go-to-market strategy
