The ideal candidate is a strong strategic thinker who can synthesize complex inputs into clear points of view, structure ambiguous business problems, and influence decision‑making across senior stakeholders. They are fluent in using data and insights—but are strongest when connecting the dots and defining the “so what.”

- Structure ambiguous problems into clear, actionable analyses and options for leadership consideration.
Insight Synthesis & Strategic Storytelling
- Synthesize findings from research, analytics, competitive intelligence, and operational data into cohesive strategic narratives.
- Distill complex inputs into executive‑ready materials that clearly articulate implications, trade‑offs, and recommended actions.
- Move beyond “what we learned” to define what it means for strategy and where the business should focus next.
Cross‑Functional Strategic Partnership
- Partner closely with Research, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure strategic alignment and relevance.
- Serve as a thought partner to functional leaders by helping frame decisions and pressure‑test assumptions.
- Ensure strategies are grounded in real customer, operational, and market realities.
Opportunity Identification & Prioritization
- Identify growth opportunities, risks, and white spaces by combining customer insight, market trends, competitive dynamics, and internal performance data.
- Help define where the organization should invest, test, or deprioritize efforts.
Executive Communication & Influence
- Architect executive-level narratives and recommendations for senior leadership audiences.
- Influence decision‑making through logical structure, evidence‑based arguments, and strong strategic judgment.
- Ensure strategies are actionable and anchored to real decisions the business needs to make.
- May assume other duties as assigned.
