People & Culture Manager | Kraków
- Location: Kraków
- Hybrid: 3–4 days per week in the Kraków office
Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, solving complex people challenges and making a real impact?
We’re looking for a People & Culture Manager to join a fast-paced international CX organisation in Kraków.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with Operations leaders, support managers with complex people matters and help shape the employee experience across a high-volume environment.
What will you do?
You’ll act as a trusted HR Business Partner, supporting leaders across areas including:

Employee relations, grievances and performance management

Polish employment law and HR compliance
-
Employment contracts, policies and benefits
-
Sickness/absence processes and HR audits
-
Payroll coordination and cooperation with external authorities
-
Immigration and work-permit processes
-
Employee engagement, recognition and internal communication
-
Leadership development and people initiatives
-
Improving HR processes, retention and employee experience
-
Supporting and developing members of the HR/People team
We’re looking for someone with:

2–3+ years of experience in a Senior HRBP, HR Manager, People Partner or similar position

Strong knowledge of Polish labour law
-
Solid employee relations and performance-management experience
-
Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ideally CX, BPO, customer service or a similar setting

Knowledge of sickness/absence policies, HR compliance and audits
-
Understanding of payroll and benefits processes
-
Knowledge of immigration procedures is a plus

Previous experience leading or mentoring HR team members
-
Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
-
A mature, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
-
Excellent Polish and English
