HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician for a full-time, outpatient-only opportunity in Pocatello, Idaho.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a rewarding primary care practice within a growing nonprofit healthcare organization, with a flexible schedule, strong clinical support, and no hospital call, admissions, or inpatient rounding.

Practice Details

• Outpatient-only Internal Medicine practice

• Opportunity to support expansion of primary care services

• No inpatient responsibilities or hospital call

• Flexible four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days

• Physician input into scheduling protocols and patient volume

• Modern clinic facilities and experienced clinical support

• Collaboration with specialists, care coordinators, and nursing staff

• Strong administrative support

• Meditech Expanse EMR with integrated Suki AI documentation

• Opportunities to participate in quality initiatives and clinical leadership

Clinical Opportunity

• Provide comprehensive outpatient adult primary care

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Conduct preventive health visits and routine examinations

• Manage patients with complex chronic diseases

• Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans

• Coordinate specialty referrals and additional services

• Build long-term physician-patient relationships

• Participate in clinic quality-improvement initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

• Eligible for medical licensure in Idaho

• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome

• Interest in outpatient continuity of care

• Strong communication and collaborative clinical skills

• J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship are not available
