Secteur Grenoble ( 38 / 73 / 74 / 26P)

Missions principales:

Rattaché au directeur régional, vous êtes responsable de l’atteinte des objectifs qui vous sont fixés et assurez les missions suivantes :

•  Gérer un portefeuille clients constitué d’enseigne de GMS, hyper et super (81 magasins).

•  Développer le chiffre d’affaires de votre secteur.

•  Assurer une présence et une visibilité optimale des produits distribués par Haleon en atteignant les objectifs de DN et PDL des marques Sensodyne, Parodontax, Aquafresh, Polident et Prorhinel.

• Mettre en place les plans négociés avec les clients (implantations, mise en avant promotionnelle, lutte anti-rupture).

•  Piloter l’atteinte des objectifs du secteur selon les priorités du business pour cibler et planifier les actions à mener.

• Analyse des indicateurs clés des catégories et marques afin d’être force de recommandation en clientèle.

•  Vendre et exécuter parfaitement la politique commerciale.

•  Assurer le reporting régulier de l’activité du secteur et la veille concurrentielle.

•  Être ambassadeur de l’entreprise auprès des clients.

Qualifications et compétences:

• Minimum 2 ans en gestion de clients GMS, idéalement dans le secteur de la grande distribution (GMS), hypermarchés et supermarchés.
• La connaissance du secteur DPH est appréciée.   
• Expertise en plans négociés, implantations, promotions.
• Capacité à analyser indicateurs clés, recommandations stratégiques.
• Excellente communication, reporting régulier, veille concurrentielle.

   

    

EUR 30,818.00 - EUR 42,375.30 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role.
