Pay: $45 per hour
Always Compassionate Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. We offer flexible scheduling, weekday and weekend shifts, and immediate openings for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and monitor patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Provide trach/vent care, G-tube feedings, wound care, and post-operative care as applicable.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow individualized care plans.
- Promote patient safety, comfort, and dignity.
Requirements
- Active NYS RN license and registration.
- Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Physical examination and QuantiFERON within the past year.
- MMR titers within 10 years.
- Professional malpractice insurance and NPI number.
