Account Representative-Full Time – Physical Therapy – Days

 

Make a lasting impression on patients at New York-Presbyterian as an account representative. Responsible for insurance verification, submissions for authorization, and reauthorization for rehabilitation therapies. Cross trains with registrars to registrar, check in, and schedule patients. Assist patients with questions and concerns. Join a supportive team and help us deliver superior customer service to our local community. This is a day shift position at 329 White Plains Rd., Eastchester, NY.

Preferred Criteria

·         2 + years of college

·         Knowledge of Epic

Required Criteria

·         High school diploma or GED

·         Insurance verification experience

·         Strong computer skills

·         Effective Communication
