Description
Arrow Construction is seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager with a strong background in paving, grading, and wet and dry utility construction. This individual will be responsible for preparing accurate bids, developing new business opportunities, and managing projects from estimating through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and competitive bids for new projects.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, complete prequalification requirements, and coordinate bonding as needed.
- Develop new customer relationships and business opportunities.
- Establish project budgets and maintain job files.
- Work closely with superintendents to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage change orders and monitor project costs and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in paving, grading, and wet/dry utility construction.
- Strong estimating and project management skills in heavy civil construction.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and bid documents.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 annually, depending on experience.
