Our Tier III Technician:
- Will assist clients who are experiencing any procedural or operating difficulty with the use of IT applications, products or services.
- Provide support for all Information Technology products and services.
- Determine the most effective manner to resolve client's technical issue.
- Update tickets with appropriate entries of activities and closes tickets with resolution entered upon completion of the job.
- Elevates complex and/or high priority problems to the appropriate support groups for resolution.
- Works on Help Desk related projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements
This position requires experience in hardware, software and network troubleshooting.
- A+, Network+, or higher certifications required.
- Knowledge of operating systems
- Computer hardware/software maintenance
- Apple and/or Android setup and maintenance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent multi-tasking ability and prioritization skills
