What You'll Be Doing

🔹 Welcome and engage new partners, building strong relationships from their first interaction with Pax8.

🔹 Lead meaningful discovery conversations to understand business goals, technology priorities, and commercial opportunities.

🔹 Support partners through onboarding, helping them confidently navigate the Pax8 Marketplace and access the tools they need to succeed.

🔹 Drive marketplace adoption by educating partners on cloud solutions, licensing opportunities, integrations, and business growth strategies.

🔹 Manage a portfolio of developing partners, identifying opportunities to increase engagement, activation, and long-term value.

🔹 Deliver scalable growth initiatives including partner campaigns, virtual events, onboarding sessions, and vendor-focused programs.

🔹 Connect partners with technical specialists and vendor experts to accelerate solution adoption and commercial outcomes.

🔹 Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM records while sharing insights that contribute to continuous improvement across sales, marketing, vendor, and support teams.

✅ Proven success in a customer-facing commercial, sales, business development, account management, or partner-facing environment.

✅ Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to uncover needs, build trust, and create momentum.

✅ Confidence managing a high-volume portfolio while balancing personalized engagement with scalable approaches.

✅ A natural curiosity about cloud technology and the ability to explain concepts in a simple, business-focused way.

✅ Experience using CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, reporting dashboards, and productivity technologies.

✅ Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through.

Background Checks
