Concrete Project Manager

This Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing large-scale concrete construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with self-performed cast-in-place concrete construction and a strong understanding of concrete operations, quality, safety, scheduling, productivity, and client relations. Candidates with a background in high-rise, mid-rise, stadium, parking structure, data center, distribution center, or manufacturing projects are highly desired.

This is a Direct Hire opportunity. Candidates can be located anywhere from the Mid-Atlantic region through Florida, and relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

 

Requirements (MUST HAVE ALL):

• 7+ Years of Project Management experience within the Construction industry
• 10+ Years of overall Construction experience preferred
• Extensive experience with Self-Performed Concrete Construction
• Strong knowledge of Cast-in-Place (CIP) Concrete
• Experience working for a Self-Performing Concrete Contractor
• Proven ability to manage projects valued at $6M+
• Experience with Mid-Rise and High-Rise Construction
• Background with Stadiums, Large Parking Structures, Data Centers, Distribution Centers, or Manufacturing Facilities
• Familiarity with Turnkey Concrete and Self-Perform Work
• Strong understanding of concrete construction techniques, materials, quality, and equipment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of Safety, Cost Planning, Scheduling, and Productivity
• Strong Client Relations and Communication skills
• Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression
• Tilt-Wall experience 
• Willingness to travel as required
