Description
MacMore is seeking to fill a Project Analyst for a pending contract award with the Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command /PKA.

Process physical historical holdings into complete, readable, correctly indexed electronic records using controlled batches and Government-approved storage procedures.

Process physical historical holdings into complete, readable, correctly indexed electronic records using controlled batches and Government-approved storage procedures.
- Receive and log archival batches and maintain inventory control from physical source through electronic completion.
- Prepare documents for scanning and perform scanning and indexing activities.
- Check each batch for completeness, page sequence, orientation, readability, declassification markings, and required metadata.
- Store completed records in the approved repository and update batch and completion logs.
- Support approximately 120,000 pages of annual scanning and indexing and organization of approximately 500 cubic feet of physical holdings.
- Correct defects, follow revised job aids or refresher training, and support backlog-reduction priorities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, possesses a minimum of 2 years' experience working in the project analyst field.
- Ability to perform high-volume document preparation, scanning, indexing, metadata entry, and electronic filing with accuracy.
- Ability to follow standardized procedures and detect completeness, readability, sequencing, orientation, marking, and metadata defects.
- Ability to maintain careful custody and inventory records for physical and electronic archival materials.
