Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational and administrative activities within assigned departments.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting activities.
- Participate in ongoing projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support departmental objectives and deliverables.
- Attend training sessions and actively participate in learning opportunities.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset, curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.
- Current undergraduate or postgraduate student, or a recent graduate.
- Strong interest in gaining practical experience within a port and logistics environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new challenges.
