The role
The Analyst – Global HR Shared Services will support end-to-end HR operations for US, UK, or AU while ensuring timely delivery of services within defined SLAs. The role involves managing HR processes, collaborating with global stakeholders, ensuring compliance, driving process improvements, and maintaining operational excellence across HR shared services.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including new hires, employee exits, employee data management, and Tier 1 payroll support for the designated region.
- Administer employee lifecycle processes including benefits, leave management, performance management, employee records, and profile/access-related queries.
- Handle background verification and employee reference processes across supported regions.
- Coordinate with vendors, manage invoices, and support third-party service operations.
- Maintain HR documentation including process maps, SOPs, dashboards, KPIs, and SLA reports.
- Ensure compliance with regional statutory requirements, labor regulations, and internal policies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and process insights.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA), maintain operational trackers, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on regulatory updates, technology enhancements, and business requirements.
- Collaborate with onshore teams and global stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; HR specialization is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services, HR operations, or global HR support.
- Experience supporting North America, UK, and/or APAC regions.
- Prior HR transition or migration experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of regional HR processes, employee benefits, labor laws, and statutory requirements applicable to assigned regions.
- Working knowledge of HR systems/ERPs such as Oracle.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel reporting and analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements and global processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
