Temporary Worker, Student Affairs

This position would assist with the implementation of key institutional priorities, including:

• Increasing first-year participation in tutoring, supplemental instruction, and the Writing Center.
• Supporting student engagement initiatives designed to ensure every student is connected to an affinity group or meaningful campus experience early in the semester.
• Assisting with retention initiatives, early intervention efforts, and student success programming.
• Coordinating communications and outreach that encourage utilization of student support resources.
• Collecting and analyzing participation and outcome data to inform continuous improvement.
• Providing logistical support for Orientation, Welcome Week, and other student success initiatives.
• Assisting with assessment, reporting, and cross-departmental projects that align Student Services, Student Life, and Academic Support.
