The ideal candidate will have knowledge of operating systems: Windows desktop operating systems, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting. Applications: Common productivity software suites, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Networking Fundamentals: Troubleshooting and management of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless connectivity protocols. Hardware and Peripherals: Installation, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and related IT assets. Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to drive ongoing improvements to technology services and support processes. Provide after-hours support for emergencies, scheduled on-call rotation, and occasional weekend maintenance. Exercise judgment, decisiveness, and creativity when evaluating information against measurable or verifiable criteria. Present information effectively and respond to inquiries from non-technical users in a clear, concise manner.
