Description

Working at Infobip means being part of something truly global. With 75+ offices across six continents, we’re not just building technology — we’re shaping how more than 80% of the world connects and communicates.

As employees, we take pride in contributing to the world’s largest and only full-stack cloud communication platform. But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it: with curiosity, passion, and a whole lot of collaboration.

We operate with an AI-first mindset, embedding intelligent tools into our daily workflows to work smarter and more efficiently. Every role here benefits from and contributes to this approach.

If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.

Let’s build what’s next, together.

Are you a sharp storyteller who knows how to turn complex technology into compelling content and engaging social media campaigns? As our Senior Content Marketing Specialist, you’ll do far more than create copy, you’ll help shape and drive our brand voice and positioning across the Asia region, translating strategy into measurable business impact.

In this role, you’ll lead the development of high-impact content and play a key part in managing our social media presence, creating narratives that resonate with regional audiences and support business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with global and regional teams across sales, product marketing, and field marketing and others to deliver compelling campaigns and enablement materials that drive engagement and pipeline.

We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with strategic thinking, thrives in a fast-paced international environment, and enjoys taking ownership from idea to execution. If you’re passionate about storytelling, social media, and creating content that delivers real results, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy, Planning & Execution: Develop and execute the regional content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with short- and long-term marketing objectives, ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration across global and APAC teams.

Content Creation & Enablement: Partner with sales, growth marketing, product marketing, and design teams to create and publish engaging, high-impact content and collateral including website pages, blogs, case studies, eBooks, podcast scripts, branded videos, emailers, and event-related content.

Social Media Management: Own the regional social media strategy and execution from content planning and copywriting to asset coordination, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement to strengthen brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement across key platforms.

Reporting & Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report on content and social media performance using relevant analytics tools. Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations based on engagement, reach, lead generation, SEO, and campaign performance metrics.

Editorial & Brand Quality: Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, SEO optimization, and alignment with brand voice, editorial standards, and compliance guidelines.

Customer Advocacy: Collaborate closely with field marketing teams to develop customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies while staying informed on industry trends and market developments to generate fresh, relevant content ideas that resonate with target audiences

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing content strategy and leading projects.
  • Experience in social media management, ideally in B2B or technology environments.
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading and storytelling skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, content performance metrics, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Experience in SaaS, CPaaS, technology, or enterprise industries is considered a strong advantage.

Why you'll love it here • Financial rewards & recognition - A fair compensation aligned with your experience, industry, and market standards, performance-driven bonuses, regular reviews to support your growth and recognize your contributions, and a culture that values your impact. • Flexible work arrangements - We combine in-person collaboration with remote work and flexible working hours, because great ideas happen everywhere - and not always between 9 and 5. • ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) - As an Infobip employee, you’ll have the opportunity to share in our company’s success through stock options. • Work-life balance and Well-being  - We offer time off when you need it, special leave days for life’s big moments, and a flexible hybrid work model tailored to local regulations. • Career mobility - Your career is a journey. Onboarding, mentorship, and training programs help you grow - no matter where you start. • International mobility - Ready to take your career global? Explore short and long-term opportunities in our Hubs worldwide.  While some benefits may vary by location, our goal remains the same: to support your growth, well-being, and success - wherever you are.
