Sales Operations Sr. Manager

The Senior Manager, Sales Operations will be responsible for building PayJoy’s global sales force operating model, the processes, and measurement that make our sales teams more effective across every market. This is an enabling role, not just a reporting one: the mandate is to proactively design and roll out the systems that help the sales force sell better, and to standardize how we measure and manage its efficiency so every market is compared on the same basis. This role owns the operating model end to end, first defining how we measure rep efficiency, then giving country teams the tools and processes to act on it, and partnering with Country Managers on the management decisions that follow. Programs like the current SDR initiative are examples of what this function can build and scale globally, and there is significant room to do more. To make that happen at scale, this role works hand in hand with the Tools & Metrics team so that analytics, automation, and tooling are implemented once and rolled out proactively across markets rather than rebuilt country by country.
