For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 6 years of experience as an Application Support
- Expert-level administration and performance tuning of Java application servers, specifically RedHat JBoss EAP, including heap dump and thread dump analysis to diagnose and resolve production issues.
- Deep operational knowledge of RHEL Linux for system-level troubleshooting, configuration management, and infrastructure automation using Ansible and/or Terraform.
- Expertise implementing and optimizing observability stacks using Dynatrace, Jaeger, Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK to enable proactive detection and resolution of application performance issues.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, at least C1 level
- Availability for Hybrid model, 2-3 times a week based in Lisbon
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
