Who We Are
Saltbox is on a mission to simplify the hardest parts of running an eCommerce business. Our purpose-built spaces serve as modern headquarters for small to medium-sized businesses in industries like Fashion & Apparel, Health & Beauty, Electronics, and Household Goods. We offer a powerful combination of flexible warehouse suites, offices, and on-site logistics support that empower entrepreneurs to scale with confidence

As a Member Specialist, you'll wear many hats—from fulfillment and shipping to member hospitality and building upkeep. This isn’t a traditional warehouse job. It's a fast-paced, physical, and member-facing role where you’ll help real small business owners thrive every day.
Whether you're unloading a container, jumping into a kitting project, or answering a service request, you'll be a vital part of our Elastic Workforce (e-Force), supporting logistics needs and operational excellence in your market.

- Engage with Members on the floor—answering questions and providing help.
- Triage member service requests and escalate when needed.
- Be an on-site ambassador for the Saltbox brand and experience.
Who You Are
You’re energized by variety, motivated to work hard, and love connecting with people. You’ll succeed in this role if you’re as comfortable lifting a box as you are greeting a member.
