Job Summary
The Sales Enablement Program Specialist supports the execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of strategic Sales Enablement programs and initiatives. This role provides operational, administrative, and logistical support to ensure consistent delivery of enablement programs, onboarding activities, sales initiatives, communications, learning experiences, and business operations projects. By coordinating program activities, maintaining operational excellence, managing communications and reporting, and supporting stakeholder engagement, this role helps drive seller readiness, productivity, and alignment to SHI's sales strategy.This person reports to a Sales Enablement Manager.
Role Description
Support the coordination and execution of Sales Enablement programs and initiatives.
Assist in the delivery of enablement and training programs, onboarding initiatives, sales campaigns, tool and platform rollouts, communications programs, events, and business operations activities.
Coordinate program schedules, meetings, materials, communications, readiness activities, and stakeholder updates.
Provide ongoing operational and administrative support for Sales Enablement programs.
Serve as a point of contact for routine program inquiries, providing accurate information and escalating issues when appropriate.
Track program activities, tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies to support successful execution.
Maintain program documentation, project plans, records, communications, and resource materials.
Collect, validate, and organize program data, including participation, completion, engagement, feedback, and operational metrics.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries that support program visibility and decision-making.
Collaborate across SHI Sales teams and support alignment between Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Operations, and other internal stakeholders.
Support communication and visibility efforts to ensure awareness and adoption of enablement initiatives.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring challenges and recommend practical improvements.
Gather participant and stakeholder feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.
Contribute to performance measurement, process analysis, improvement planning, and change management activities.
Develop expertise in Sales Enablement processes, tools, systems, and operational practices.
Demonstrate ownership of assigned programs, projects, and deliverables while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion.

Completed Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple activities and maintain strong attention to detail.
Experience supporting communications, events, scheduling, reporting, stakeholder coordination, operational processes or administrative functions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders preferred.
Experience supporting programs or projects connected to Sales or Enablement preferred.
Internal Qualifications
Completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
1+ years at SHI.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple activities and maintain strong attention to detail.
Experience supporting communications, events, scheduling, reporting, stakeholder coordination, operational processes or administrative functions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders preferred.
Experience supporting programs or projects connected to Sales or Enablement preferred.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
