In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of complex embedded electronic hardware used in cutting-edge communication systems. 🎯 Responsibilities
🔹 Hardware Design
*
Define the hardware architecture of complex electronic boards.
*
Design analog and digital schematics.
*
Select electronic components based on system requirements.
*
Define PCB stack-ups and routing constraints.
*
Supervise PCB layout activities in collaboration with layout engineers.
🔹 Validation & Qualification
*
Perform hardware bring-up and board validation.
*
Troubleshoot hardware issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis.
*
Participate in qualification and verification campaigns.
*
Ensure successful product validation prior to production release.
🔹 Manufacturing Support
*
Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing teams.
*
Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) best practices.
*
Support products throughout the manufacturing and industrialization phases.
🔹 Cross-functional Collaboration
*
Collaborate closely with:

Systems Engineering

FPGA Engineering
*
RF Engineering

Mechanical Engineering

Thermal Engineering

Manufacturing teams
*
Participate in technical reviews and engineering decision-making.

Share technical expertise and contribute to continuous product improvement.
## Requirements
💼 Your Profile
*
Master's degree or Engineering degree in Electronics or a related field.
*
Minimum **8 years of experience** in hardware electronics design.
*
Proven experience owning the complete development of complex electronic boards.
*
Strong background in analog and digital electronics.
*
Excellent knowledge of **Altium Designer**.
*
Experience defining PCB stack-ups and routing rules.
*
Solid experience in hardware validation, debugging, and Root Cause Analysis.
*
Knowledge of switching power supplies (Buck, Flyback, LLC, etc.).
*
Experience working with FPGA-based hardware integration (HDL development not required).
*
Understanding of EMI/EMC constraints.
*
Experience in **Aerospace, Space, Defense, or other highly regulated industries** is a strong advantage.
*
RF experience is considered a plus but is not mandatory.
