How you will shape Prophero:
Your main mission is to support our finance and accounting operations, working together with our Chief
of Staff, Head of People and internal admin and finance teams to ensure that our administrative, financial
and accounting records are accurate.
Your contributions will be essential in helping us scale. Here’s how you can make a difference:
● Support invoicing and accounting processes in accordance with company policies, ensuring
smooth day-to-day financial operations.
● Reconcile accounting accounts, supplier statements and customer balances, helping
maintain accurate financial records.
● Support the team by registering supplier invoices and other project-related costs.
● Help ensure renovation project margins are accurately reflected by reviewing costs and
supporting financial analysis.
● Assist the Treasury team with the registration and processing of purchase invoices,
contributing to an efficient cash flow.
● Collaborate with the Renovations, Treasury and Audit teams, supporting financial reporting
and audit processes.
● Help identify opportunities to streamline administrative and accounting workflows through
continuous improvement.
● Gain hands-on experience with ERP systems, primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business
Central (BC), while supporting the Finance team in its daily operations.

● Analytical mindset with strong technical abilities to tackle complex financial problems.
● Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; SQL or other programming skills would be a plus.
● You are in your 4th year of a Finance, Business, Engineering, or Data Analytics degree
(mandatory) or Masters.
● Based in Madrid or Valencia, with availability to work in a hybrid format (a mix of in-office and
remote).
